Materials explicitly identified as printable or downloadable may be used only under the instructions displayed with those materials.

Unless SAMG Inc. gives prior written permission, visitors may not:

• Build commercial datasets from SquirrelBus content
• Circumvent access, security, or technical controls
• Copy or replicate SquirrelBus characters or distinctive artwork at scale
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground a commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system using protected SquirrelBus materials
• Generate or distribute commercial character imitations or unauthorized derivative content
• Interfere with the website's operation or impose an unreasonable load on its systems

Normal search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with the website's robots instructions is permitted.

SAMG Inc. and SquirrelBus Studio do not request unsolicited:

• Stories or manuscripts
• Character ideas
• Scripts
• Songs or recordings
• Artwork or illustrations
• Product concepts
• Treatments, pitches, or confidential creative proposals

Please do not submit those materials through the contact form or by email.

If unsolicited creative material is submitted despite this notice:

• It will not be treated as confidential
• Submission does not create a fiduciary, partnership, employment, agency, or other special relationship
• SAMG Inc. has no obligation to review, use, return, preserve, or respond to it
• SAMG Inc. has no obligation to compensate the sender
• The sender retains whatever ownership rights the sender otherwise has
• Similarities between the submission and independently created SquirrelBus material do not by themselves establish that the submission was used

This section does not authorize SAMG Inc. to use a sender's protected material without permission.

The contact form is intended for adults, including parents, guardians, educators, media representatives, publishers, retailers, and business partners.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the website.

Do not submit:

• A child's sensitive personal information
• Medical or educational records
• Photographs or recordings of children
• Login credentials
• Payment-card information
• Confidential business information
• Unsolicited creative material

You agree that information submitted through the form is truthful and that you have the right to provide it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMG INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Access to or use of the website
• Inability to access or use the website
• Reliance on website content
• A child's participation in an activity
• Third-party services or links
• Loss of data
• Unauthorized access
• Website errors, delays, interruptions, or harmful code
• Materials submitted by a visitor

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMG INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS; OR
• THE AMOUNT THE CLAIMANT PAID DIRECTLY TO SAMG INC. FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT

These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow SAMG Inc. to exclude or limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAMG Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Material you submit through the website
• Your infringement or violation of another person's rights
• Your attempt to falsely imply affiliation with SAMG Inc. or the SquirrelBus brand

SAMG Inc. may control the defense of a covered matter, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The unenforceable provision should be interpreted or modified only as much as necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.

A delay or failure by SAMG Inc. to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

SAMG Inc. may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change.

The revised Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means that the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
