The SquirrelBus is an original world of characters, stories, songs, artwork, and activities operated by SAMG Inc., an Illinois corporation. SquirrelBus Studio™ is a brand of SAMG Inc.
This page explains what visitors may and may not do with SquirrelBus materials.
1. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, SAMG Inc. owns or controls the rights in the original protectable materials published through this website to the extent supported by applicable law and written ownership records.
These materials may include:
- Character artwork and illustrations
- Character descriptions and biographies
- Stories, manuscripts, dialogue, and website copy
- Songs, lyrics, musical compositions, and sound recordings
- Logos and graphic elements

Copyright protection is claimed in protectable human-authored elements, creative selections, arrangements, modifications, and compilations.

2. What Visitors May Do

4. Automated and AI Uses
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, SAMG Inc. does not authorize automated copying, systematic scraping, dataset creation, commercial model training, fine-tuning, character replication, or generation of commercial derivative content from protected SquirrelBus materials without prior written permission.
Normal search-engine indexing of public pages consistent with the website's robots instructions is permitted.
5. Trademark Notice
The SquirrelBus™ and SquirrelBus Studio™ are trademarks of SAMG Inc.
Use of a trademark in ordinary truthful commentary does not imply affiliation. However, visitors may not use the marks, logos, character names, domain names, or confusingly similar branding to falsely suggest that a product, account, service, or organization is sponsored, licensed, endorsed, or operated by SAMG Inc.
The ® symbol will be used only for marks that have received applicable federal registration.
